These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of WAPilot AI, including the Chrome extension, website, and hosted API (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Service description
WAPilot AI assists users with translating, summarizing, and polishing text in the context of WhatsApp Web conversations. The Service is a productivity tool. You are solely responsible for messages you send to customers and third parties.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to use WhatsApp Web and the Service for your business or personal communications.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for spam, fraud, harassment, or illegal activity.
- Attempt to bypass usage limits or abuse free trial or Pro quotas.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service.
- Submit content you do not have the right to process.
- Rely on AI output as legal, financial, or compliance advice without human review.
WhatsApp and third parties
WAPilot AI is not affiliated with WhatsApp or Meta. Your use of WhatsApp Web is subject to WhatsApp’s own terms. You are responsible for complying with applicable messaging and data-protection laws in your jurisdiction.
AI disclaimer
AI-generated translations, summaries, and polished text may contain errors. Always review output before sending business-critical messages (quotations, contracts, delivery commitments, pricing). We do not guarantee accuracy or suitability for any purpose.
Subscriptions and payments
- Pro plans are billed monthly unless otherwise stated at checkout.
- Free trial usage is limited per device as described on our website.
- Refunds are handled according to the payment provider’s policies and applicable law.
- We may change pricing with notice on the website.
Intellectual property
We retain rights in the Service software and branding. You retain rights in your own message content. You grant us a limited license to process content you submit solely to provide the Service.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WAPilot AI is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business opportunities arising from use of AI output or Service interruptions.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the extension and cancelling Pro if applicable.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be posted on this page.
